Gentlemen,
In reply to your letter dated the 4th in- stant I am directed by Viscount Grey of Fallodon to state that you should ask the Colonial Office for the name of the firm appointed by the Hong Kong Government to liquidate the business of Messrs.
Siemssen and Company and then to communicate with that firm in regard to the disposal of the consign-
ment in question.
